If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:
– Product arrives damaged during shipping
– Incorrect item received
– Product has manufacturing defects
– Product is not functioning as described
To process a refund or replacement request, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Please note:
– Custom-made, OEM, ODM, or special-order products are non-refundable once production has started
– Orders cannot be canceled after shipment has been dispatched
– If a refund request is approved after shipment, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and related logistics expenses
– Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
– Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered
– Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our company
After the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
